At CMS we use Wire EDM machining due to their accuracy over laser, flame cut, or plasma. This type of machining applies no force on the part, which allows us to achieve a very high tolerance for precise dimensions and accurate fit. This eliminates the need for additional processing and finishing of parts after machining.
